You ski better, safer and more comfortable.
Based on measuring data we can build individual wooden batten for you: a 3D, exact replica of your foot shape. The ski boot shell gets heated up and afterwards it gets put into the wooden batten. And the shell gets shaped so that it completely fits your feet. Afterwards the next few steps for individualisation are being made: we put plastic pads on your feet, in order to create more space for the points which are more sensitive to pressure marks. Afterwards your boots are getting foamed and can so fit the anatomy of your feet. Ten minutes later your boots are finished – a unique item, which only fits you. Now the boots need to set for twelve hours. The result is that you ski more precisely and more comfortable than any time before.
